Evaluating the quiz

Once the student is done with the quiz, the teacher or parent can collect the paper, and evaluate the answers of the kids. For each answer with a positive leadership skill, the teacher can award 2 points, for every answer that the teacher thinks could lead the kid towards getting the right skill can be awarded 1, and finally, the answer which is far opposite than having the skill must be given 0.

Hence, the teacher can award the kids marks, and on the basis of the scores, the kids can get to know whether or not they have the desired leadership skills.
